Jennifer Wade Member Jennifer Wade is the Court Administrator for the Davidson County Juvenile Court, where she previously served as Magistrate and as the Director of the Metro Student Attendance Center (MSAC).

Tera Hambrick Member Tera Hambrick serves as General Counsel and Director of Regulatory Affairs at Matthew Walker Comprehensive Health Center. In addition to her work with MWCHC, Tera has served on the boards of several non-profit organizations, including Entrepreneur Guidance and Training, Inc. and Tennessee Justice Center.

Jon Rybka Member Jon Rybka is an advocate and former educator that firmly believes every child deserves a high quality education. He has a wealth of executive experiences in urban schools, school systems, and charter management organizations. Furthermore, Jon served as a program officer at the Michael and Susan Dell Foundation.

Guadalupe Davalos Meyers Member Guadalupe Davalos Meyers is the Director of Community Organizing at Rocketship Tennessee. She has held a number of community-facing positions, including working with first-gen college students for both non-profits and city government as well as parent & community organizing with charter schools as well as leading national organizations such as Innovate Public Schools. Her native fluency in Spanish and deep cultural competence in working with Latino families are crucial skills she brings to the work of launching new schools and supporting existing programs.

Jennifer Miller Member Jennifer Miller brings over 20 years of experience in psychological science and advanced statistics. She specializes in translating complex research into practical, data-driven solutions that enhance learning, motivation, and organizational performance. With deep expertise in research design, statistical modeling, and evidence-based decision making, Jennifer has a proven ability to optimize both individual and team outcomes. Her passion for using data to drive meaningful, lasting change makes her a valuable leader and advocate.
